Shipping Policy
General information
Our store is set to work with UPS shipping services. You can choose your preferred delivery speed according to your needs.
You can use your own carrier, other then UPS. To do that, please choose "pick up" for the shipping option.
Section 1 - Shipping Cost
If you choose to ship with UPS through our service, the shipping fee will be added to your invoice.
If you use "Pick Up" with your own carrier, you need to provide us with a shipping label or an account number from FedEX. You will pay to FedEX directly in this case.
Section 2 - Delivery time
Orders that are registered on business days (Monday through Friday) before 1:00PM EST, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM will ship the next business day. The delivery time may vary depending on what you choose when finishing your order. Orders are shipped from Miami, Florida.
Section 3 - Shipping Origin
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in the city of Miami, Florida Florida, 33134, USA.
Section 4 - Shipping Address
Your order will be sent to the address you left at the end of your order. You can make changes to the address as long as the order has not been shipped and the delivery time may change.
Section 6 - Shipping Notification
When your order is approved and your payment is validated, we will notify you via email, message or messenger (according to your choice at the end of the order) of the progress of your order. The notification will contain tracking number.
Section 7 - Reception of the shipment
Upon receiving the order, check that your products are complete and in optimal conditions. If you notice any damage or defects, please notify us immediately. Claims are processed and accepted within 7 days of product receipt. Please refer to return policy for details.
