Return policy

General information

Due to the nature of our goods, we cannot accept any returns.

If the you need to return a product that has been damaged or has defects, please contact us within 7 days after the product was received. We will evaluate your case and issue a return authorization and/or credit.

Section 1 - Returns

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us and obtaining a return authorization.

Section 2 - Refunds

If we approved your return, we will apply a credit to your account and send you a credit memo. If you do not make any other purchase within 30 days your balance will be refunded in the original form of payment.
